“I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine”

“Il motel è in una struttura moderna a quattro piani con stanze grandi e bagno nella norma. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. Alcuni problemi nel bagno: il phon non funzionava perché c'era un filo staccato e scoperto, lo shampoo in dotazione era uno per tre persone per due giorni. La colazione è il minimo indispensabile. E’ distante circa 10 km dal centro. ”

“Air conditioning unit leaked. There was water all over the floor. They gave us the run around when I asked for a new room. The hotel smelled. The staff were not helpful. I would not ever stay at this hotel again. Don’t believe the pictures.it looks descent on the outside but everything is terribel”

“Simply not clean enough or updated enough to carry the Hilton name. Fantastic staff, but the place needs serious work! Fourth floor had a room right by the elevator that should have had vending machines and ice maker and it showed wires coming out of the wall. TV in our room was seriously outdated and useless. Flooring and bath area while clean were scruffy and outdated.”

“My room was clean, but the hallways were terrible. The wifi didn't work and the room was half the size they showed.”

“Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...

“Dopo aver girato un paio di motel 6 sono giunta alla conclusione che è meglio evitarli come la peste. Va bene che il prezzo é vantaggioso, ma trovare una camera sporca, con capelli nel letto, la wi fi non funzionante e i mobili semi rotti penso non piaccia davvero a nessuno... nella nostra camera ogni 2 minuti suonava anche il campanello anti incendio. Fortunatamente il ragazzo della reception ci ha cambiato camera (uguale all'altra con l'unica differenza che non suonava il campanello).”

“I always choose Days Inn when I visit home because it’s affordable and just know you get what you pay for. The rooms are clean but the bedding could be upgraded because my pillow cases had some stains on it like oil stains or something. Their breakfast is horrible, my bf said only the waffles are alright. They’ve took the irons and iron boards out the rooms so you have to go ask them for it at the desk. Overall it’s a place to sleep so you get what you pay for”

“The staff was nice, thats where the good ends. The hotel allows pets and smoking which is fine but they do not have defined areas for pets and all the towels and sheets smell like smoke. We had two barking dogs next to our room and it was very annoying all morning. And I'm not too keen on staying in a room someone just had their cat or dog in, people have allergies so the rooms should have options for Pet Only and No Pets allowed. “I booked a room for 3 days 7/3-7/6. I was charged a mandatory $10 house keeping fee whom I never saw, I never got any fresh towels in those three days. This location is terrible and needs to be shut down.”

“The shower was slippery I almost fell showering, almost fell getting ice bc the floor was wet. Bar soap made me feel like I had constant soap on my hands. Staff had annoyed faces on the whole time. Room was also very humid.”

“Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that...
